Thanksgiving day was Evan's 6th birthday. We had a big family party after we all gorged ourselves on traditional Thanksgiving fare. This lucky little girl got $100 and a few gifts. She's having a hard time saving the money until after Christmas. I cannot believe that she is 6. Evan is such a joy and brings us joy every day. She's naturally intelligent and loves school. She recently had a spelling quiz on her sight words at school, and she was one of four children to get them all correct. She enjoys reading and loves Dr. Seuss books! She can be a little diva but also play cars and Ben 10 (her favorite cartoon) with the boys. She is currently learning how to play chess - I think she would make a great engineer.
